Villa 37
Villa 37 is another villa which is comfortable for guests with mobility restrictions as everything is on one level. Located on the lower part of Torre Soli this Mediterranean style bungalow has an easy distribution and a pleasant feel.
The open plan living area includes a fitted kitchen with separating breakfast bar, and a compact dining and lounge area which is pleasantly decorated and caters for six. There is a satellite TV with a DVD for inside days or one can walk out of the large sliding doors onto the covered terrace area.
The covered terrace area is furnished with dining table and chairs and as a portable BBQ as well. This south facing poolside area is also equipped with six sun beds and shades. The 7 x 4 meter rectangular pool has a shallow end of 1 meter and a deeper end of 1.8 meters.
The bungalow is quite private and is surrounded by hedges and trees, the well maintained lawns are ideal for summer lawn games and the plants add a splash of Mediterranean colour.
