Villa 43

Villa 43 had an uplifting facelift last year, with fresh wall colours, new vibrant fabrics and furnishings – the affect was successful. So the villa was transformed from a basic perhaps drab looking villa to a sharp and fun looking holiday villa.

The living area lays to the front of the villa and the sleeping quarters to the rear.

The terracotta painted walls of the TV lounge and the rustic furnishings manage successfully to enhance the small and cosy rest area and the lounge’s large sliding doors overlook the outside pool area which is great for fermenting the holiday feel.

The compact kitchen is basic but is well equipped and has a breakfast bar, the dining area is a bit tight but one assumes that meals can be taken on the large south facing terrace.

The ever so important exterior area is correctly furnished with all the terrace and garden furniture needed to appease six guests. The covered terrace is a good size and has the obligatory portable BBQ. The private pool measures 6 x 4 meters with a shallow end of 1.10 meters sloping to a deeper depth of 1.85 meters. All this is surrounded by sun terraces and lawns.

The rear of the villa has a practical car drive way, but the sides and the front gardens of the villa are decorated with lawns, floral beds and hedge rows.
