Villa 101A

Villa 101 A and its sister 101 B are very popular properties within our catalogue and are located just a short stroll from the main resort centre and beach. Both villas offer the same characteristics, even though we find that regular guests have their preferred villa.

This villa has its own drive in with steps leading up to the main poolside area and then an external stairway to reach the main living area.

The simple lounge-dining area is furnished in pine and there is satellite TV and DVD if required. The recently renovated kitchen has a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and is pleasantly equipped for six guests. To the rear of the villa there are two double bedrooms and one bathroom. To the front of the villa there is a south facing terrace overlooking the pool and sea and is equipped with summer dining furnishings and a portable BBQ.

The third bedroom is located in the annex located on the ground floor and has an independent access, this area houses one double bedroom cum lounge and one shower room.

The villas 6 x 6 pool has a shallow end of 0.85mts with a deep end of 1.7mts. Surrounding the pool are sunbathing terraces furnished with sun beds and sun umbrellas, there is also an external shower for the pre and post dip washes.

To add to the menorcan flavour of the villa there are pretty floral borders and hedges around the villas grounds.
