Finesse Villa 1

The villas were very cleverly designed to avoid any architectural monotony, so within the estate, seven villas were built as bungalows and seven built on two floors. Another feature of their construction was the consideration regarding the privacy factor between each villa; this was resolved admirably by designing the villas at angles and by planting the gardens to buffer each property.

The estate has two general entrances with remote control doors, and each villa has their own remote control door to their own car port.

The bungalow villas, numbers 1 to 7, have the advantage of a design friendly interior and exterior to accommodate guests with mobility difficulties. To prevent any confusion whilst making your reservation, the company refers to these bungalows as Finesse type 1.

Walking into the Finesse, we want you to feel the ambience of your surroundings, the cool of the air conditioning or the warm breeze of the heating, the aura of tranquillity, the elegance and quality of the furnishings and fittings, mixed with a unique service that delights and satisfies your confidence in us.

Bold warming colours have been used in the lounge with furnishings chosen to compliment and serve well. Within one of the discreet lounge cabinets you have a satellite TV with DVD and music centre. From the lounge you walk out to the covered and open pool terraces via large glass sliding doors.

The fully fitted open plan kitchen can easily provoke the holiday chef in you, preparing culinary delights or “off to the beach “snacks. The villas electrical appliances include vitro–hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, grill, coffee machine and an abundance of cooking pots, pans and utensils. All the dining crockery, crystal ware and cutlery are geared for up to twelve diners. There is a storage pantry with cleaning aides and the ironing equipment.

The open plan dining room flows on from the kitchen, of which the walls have been painted the same bold warming colours as the lounge and the use of original paint work adds chic. For any intimate or family dining occasion the crystal top circular dining table seats six diners.

Summer life is exterior life and the outside area and facilities of the Finesse will not upset. The covered terrace has been furnished for outdoor meals with a large table and terrace chairs. Four cane chairs with crème coloured cushions are ideal for that quiet pre dinner drink, or to sit with that book you brought out purposely to read, or maybe to just sit back, ponder the thoughts and sip that glass of rioja.

By the pool side you will find reclining sun lounges and a grand parasol. The rectangular 40 square meter salt water pool has an integrated Jacuzzi.

The flourishing beauty of the estates established gardens adds colour and aroma to the Finesse, but these local plants and shrubs were also chosen to reduce the need to water constantly and respect the environment.
