This spacious villa lies in a garden plot of 700m2 and on all sides there are pretty floral and shrub borders with pleasing manicured lawns.

The living areas are very much on an open plan design; the kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with a covered in laundry area and the clean pine wood dining area leads down to the cosy TV lounge via a few steps.

 All the bedrooms radiate from the living area, they are all double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and each has a private bathroom with shower unit.

The pool and covered terrace area is reached via the lounge doors, a good sized terrace of 50m2, equipped with the necessary terrace furniture for six guests. Summer dining can be made easier with the portable carbon BBQ.

 The 8 x 4 pool is surrounded by lawns and has six sun beds prepared for bathers, the maximum depth of the pool is 1.8mts and the shallow end is just a meter. From the lawns one can enjoy partial sea views.
