Villa 32

Villa 32 is a jewel of a villa built into the San Jaime hill, fifteen steps from the villas private parking takes you to the main entrance, which is the dormitory level; a further level takes you down to the spacious living and pool area. The villa was completely reformed in the winter of 2006, designed on a trendy and minimalist plan and built to maximize its open spaces and optimize the flow of as much natural light into the villa. Another architectural feature was to squeeze as much from its marvellous position as possible, by building the villa in such a way that virtually all rooms enjoy its fantastic sea views.

The sleek kitchen is both spacious and fully equipped with all mod-cons. Attached to this kitchen is a separate laundry –pantry area. The kitchen also leads to the enormous covered BBQ patio, private pool and terrace decking area. Back inside the villa, there is a corridor which sweeps you into the lounge or there is a stairway taking you down to the private and small gymnasium (two multi – use machines).

Apart from its luxury interior design this villa also stands out for its design of the exterior. The large BBQ patio area with American bar allows the flow of good summer catering and conversation, especially delicious when watching a sunset. All the terrace furniture is geared towards the eight person capacity of the villa.

Villa 32’s rectangular pool, (1,8 meters deep and 0,7 meters in the shallow) is a step down from the main terrace and is enveloped in an large elegant teak decking, again complimented with sun beds to reflect the villas capacity.

The gardens of the villa are also minimalist, permitting a harmony often felt when viewing Japanese gardens.
