Villa 55

Villa 55 is without doubt one of our top villas, recently reformed with great style offering a perfect back drop for your vacations. As with a lot of the San Jaime properties, there are steps to accede the villa, 46 to be exact- but the climb is worth it.

The property is divided into two floors, the upper dormitory and living area and the lower bedroom with poolside and BBQ area. The villa has a central air conditioning system in all its rooms.

Standing at the main door to the villa you have the totally equipped and beautiful kitchen – dining area with sea vies to your right, superbly furnished to please eight diners comfortably. Running off the kitchen is a practical laundry area.

To your left, you have the grand TV lounge furnished to provide an atmosphere of luxury and relax. In the far left hand corner of the villa there is a spiral staircase taking you down to a private double bedroom with bathroom and direct access to the poolside area; and from the lounge to the right you have the passageway to the three remaining double bedrooms. One of the architectural features was to add large windows and doors to the south face of this lounge. Thus profiting from the islands super natural light.

The recreational area of the villa allows eight guests to mix and socialize without bumping into each other, the upper long terrace with pergola allows on one to read, relax and dwell on the view, and the lower more spacious pool and BBQ area offers, a practical wc and external shower, a superb man made built in BBQ area, and a fun 7 x 4 mts hanging pool with a maximum depth of two meters and a minimum of one. The terrace is equipped for eight sunbathers and eight diners.

The terrace gardens with plants, shrubs and trees compliment this pretty special villa.
