Villa 10
Although villa 10 offers a super and comfortable stay, one has to recognise that its exterior terrace, BBQ and pool area are the reasons for its “crown”. On clear days you can view the coastline of Mallorca, so with this in mind, the approaching steps up to the villa are well worth the climb.
The pool (8 x 5 mts) with its resident dolphin has a maximum depth of two meters and a minimum depth of 1 meter, surrounding the pool are ample sun terraces both covered and open sweeping down to the exterior pergola area with summer dining facilities to enjoy a BBQ.
You open the property into the TV lounge, to your left, walking through the arch way there is a lovely dining area which boasts undisturbed sea views and the fully fitted new kitchen with breakfast bar, there is a private laundry area too. Returning to the comfortable lounge, decorated in creams and beiges, you have a plasma statalite TV and DVD and to the right are the sleeping quarters and bathrooms. The villa is very open and every room has windows facilitating the passage of air but on those balmy nights there are also roof fans in the bedrroms and lounge area.
The perfumed gardens and shrubs around the villa and approaching the villa are well maintained, using native plants.
