Villa 116 is an easy and comfortable villa with elements that make it wheelchair friendly.

The ground floor area houses two double bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom with a bath, there is also a comfortable furnished lounge-dining area with access to the terrace and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. This south facing covered terrace is approached via the lounge doors and has a gentle ramp down to the poolside and BBQ area.

On the upper floor there is a master suite with a shower room and a private terrace with sea views.

Villa 116 has a rectangular shaped pool 7 x 4 mts with a maximum depth of 1.65mts and a shallow end of 0.8mts, making it an easy pool for the less experienced swimmer. The poolside area is furnished with sufficient terrace furniture for six guests and there is a practical carbon BBQ.

The villa grounds and gardens have colourful floral displays with lawns and shrub gardens.
