Villa 46A is one of our popular villas; it’s a modern villa with all mod cons including heat/air conditioning units. The villa is relatively new and has a good distribution of rooms, the interiors are well designed and furnished and the outdoor pool and terrace area offer you the perfect relax.
The property is located on the first curve of the San Jaime hill and has a private parking space. Radiating from the main vestibule you have the living area, a short passage to one double bedroom and the stairs to the upper floor dormitory level. In the hall of the vestibule there is a guest wc. Moving into the living area you are greeted with a fresh looking TV lounge and dining area, welcoming because of the standard of furniture used and secondly for the large sliding doors to the poolside, which allow the entrance of natural light. The independent bright looking kitchen has all the requirements needed for today’s user, including dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob and oven etc.
On the terrace there’s the obligatory pool, 46A has a unique hanging triangular shaped pool measuring 7 x 5mts, one meter in the shallow end and 1.8mts deep. All the terrace furnishings are geared to eight guests and for the warm summer nights there is a good size built in artisan BBQ with dining area.
The villa grounds are well kept, colourful and have manicured lawns by the pool.
