The completely modernized three bedroom villa is situated amidst gardens and privacy, enhancing a general feeling of well being. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac the villa gates open up to the villas private drive and parking area. The doors of the property opens into the large living area, with the pantry kitchen and laundry area directly on the left, the open plan dining room with bow windows on the right and the cool TV lounge in front, which to the left leads onto the bedrooms and to the right, to the pool and terraces.

The poolside area boasts large terraces with sea views, the covered terrace is equipped with all the terrace furnishings expected, and with an electrical sun canopy. The bedrooms lead on from the lounge area. The Master suite has a dressing room and bathroom with hydro massage bath, it also has sea views. The remaining two bedrooms are orientated towards the rear looking over the gardens and patio, one of these twin rooms has an ensuite bathroom with shower and there is another independent bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have heat-air conditioning units.
