Villa 105
Baptised by the villas owner as S'illot (little island), Villa 105 is a charismatic villa surrounded by a discreet hedge and an exterior entrance door with automatic porter, enabling a very pleasurable intimacy.
Within the villas well designed grounds there is a private pool with patio and pretty gardens with art pieces. A few steps take you to the main house, built on Mediterranean lines it offers all the modern features required by today’s traveller, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen cum dining area with an outside laundry area, a very comfortable lounge with TV and large doors onto the covered terrace which has sea views and a summer dining area with BBQ.
The upper floor has a marvellous office/ library with TV, sea views and can often be used as a bedroom for an extra member.
The designer “L” shaped pool follows the contours of the villas wall, giving it a rather a unique edge. Its two meters deep and 1 meter shallow, and has a fun child’s diving board.
The surrounding grounds of the villa are delicately cared for, using menorcan plants and shrubs.
