The villa lies on the lower part of San Jaime, located on a quiet residential cul de sac just off the main road and within walking distance to all amenities.

The ground floor area houses a cosy TV lounge, furnished with a homely décor and air conditioning, to the left of the lounge you have the attractive fitted kitchen and breakfast area and to the right of the lounge you have the passageway to the two double bedrooms and bathrooms. Climbing the open staircase which lies at the back of the lounge you have the master suite with private balcony.

The principal ground floor covered terrace with hand built BBQ area is equipped for six diners and has a much needed sun canopy. Sitting on the terrace with that “rioja” treat, you can dwell on manicured lawns and gardens, the villas private pool and sea views.

The 9 x 4 rectangular private pool has a deep end of 2 mts and a shallow end of 0.9 mts, with all the sun furniture to compliment the six household guests.
