Son Bou Gardens

The Son Bou Gardens, situated in the lower part of San Jaime, are well established holiday apartments spread over three areas, which are referred to as zones 3, 4 and 5. However these apartments are very popular for their  picturesque Mediterranean design, their ample lawns and their floral shrub gardens, not forgetting their proximity to the best beach on the island.  For car drivers there is plenty of off road parking.

The majority of the apartments are privately owned and therefore its important to mention that the degree and style of furnishings can differ from one property to another, but all of the properties offer a clean and basic level of accommodation.

Each property has a lounge-dining cum kitchen area; the kitchennette is furnished with a  fridge, microwave, gas cooker and has sufficient crockery and cutlery to accommodate four people. The bedrooms are to the rear of the property; there is a double bedroom which leads onto a rear patio and one smaller bedroom with two smaller individual beds of 80cm that cater for two smaller guests or one adult. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and a hang over shower.

The prices on the first line are for our 2 bedroom apartments and the prices on the second line are for our 3 bedroom apartments.

  • EXTRAS:

-  Folding bed: 65 € per week.

The price includes:
 
-         All costs regarding, water, electricity, gas and villa pool care.
-   Bed linen and towels prepared for your arrival.
-   The property will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.
-         Change of bed linen once a week.
-         Change of towels twice weekly.

-         Repair and maintenance service.
-         Recepction service, 7 days a week and 24 Hour emergency assistance.
 
The price does not include:
 
-         Holiday insurance (A requirement for all travelling members).
-         Flight tickets.
-         Supplementary costs for extra beds, cots and high chairs.
-        Return transfers except where stated. (Prestige guests to Villa Maitreya and Villas Finesse receive a return transfer included).
-        Any costs relating to wilful and negligent behaviour in the accommodation, resulting in breakages and damage.
