Son Bou Apartamentos

The Son Bou apartments or “Las Colinas” as they are also referred by, are situated at the base of the San Jaime hill, enjoying a rather a privileged position overlooking the sea and also enjoying a good sized communal adult and child pool, ample sun terraces and a simple children’s play area. The beach is a ten minute walk away and the nearest supermarket and eating place is just 200 meters away in the Club San Jaime square.

There are only ten apartments in this cosy complex, divided into two blocks, its fair to comment that the first block is slightly more relaxing as it’s further away from the pool and enjoys garden and partial sea views, the remaining block overlooks directly onto the pool and has superb sea views.

Each apartment is practically decorated and has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and a TV lounge with doors to a private balcony overlooking the sea, poolside or grounds.

The rectangular 11 x 5.5 mt adult pool has a deep end of 2´30 mts and the dinky 3 x 3 children’s pool with a depth of 60cm. Surrounding the pools there are plenty of free sun beds.

An extra feature to comment about is the communal laundry room and the sweet BBQ zone, providing an easy  way of socializing with fellow guests

Due to the incline of the San Jaime hill the grounds of the apartments are terraced with pine trees, shrubs, flowers and steps – however, for its size, features and views the complex is perhaps one of our most popular groups of apartments.

There is rear street parking available for guests with their own vehicle.
