Villa 203 is an impressive two storey Mediterranean style villa with an amazing position in order to watch the beach life, observe the Natural Park and view Son Bou´s incredible sunsets. To reach this marvellous viewing point there are 22 steps to climb….but, it’s worth it- because this villa is one of our most popular Torre Soli properties.
The design of the recently refurbished villa follows the contours of the Torre Soli hill and therefore there are some internal steps. The fresh and pleasant TV lounge and separate dining area overlook the southern seas; The large kitchen is completely equipped with dishwasher, vitro-hob and oven and microwave and has a very practical door to the rear poolside terrace and BBQ area.
This terrace area is pretty large and impressive and has a summer covered dining area. The pool is a perfectly dignified 8 x 4mt. pool, with a shallow end of a meter and a deep end of two, and an outside shower for the pre-dip wash. The villas sun bathing and summer dining terrace furniture caters perfectly for six guests.
The grounds of the villas offer pretty terracing with floral plants and shrubs.
