Villa 154 is a modern, clean looking two storey three bedroom villa with air conditioning. One of the villas design factors are the large windows employed to capture the maximum of light and its summer patio dining area. This ochre coloured villa is situated in the quieter area of Torre Soli and has a convenient summer supermarket close by and a public bus stop, but we recommend vehicle hire to generally get about in. The villa is constructed on a slight incline and has a few interior steps.

The entrance to the villa has a drive in parking area and a couple of steps to the main door. Behind the car port and discreet from viewings is the villas washing machine and drying area.

The ample lounge is pleasing on the eye and has satellite TV and DVD if required. Large sliding French windows permit an easy access to the terrace and pool side area.

The cosy internal dining area is located between the kitchen and lounge and has sliding doors to the summer dining patio and pool side area.

To be expected the villa has a fully fitted electric kitchen and a door to the exterior patio and poolside area.

The outside summer dining area has a summer dining table and chairs to please six diners and a portable BBQ handy.

A blanket of well maintained grass surrounds the pool; this pool has a shallow end of 0.9 meters and a deep end of 1.9 meters and sun bathing beds for all.

The villas gardens are as well maintained as the rest of the villa, with border plants and shrubs.
