Twenty years ago under the entrepreneurial leadership of Mr. José Villalonga the Menorca Management Group was formed.

Initially, this small company operated in various island resorts, working within the property maintenance sphere and the occasional holiday rental.

But, Domingo Enrich had greater plans for his company and executed a radical yet logical change, ridding his scattered area of work and centralizing his whole company operation and future growth into the resort of Son Bou. Consequently the company was able to provide a speedier and more efficient response to its customer and supplier and optimize all company costs.

To celebrate this brave and determined move, the company adopted a new name, the name of Menorca Rentals, as it is still referred to today.

Over these years the company has grown from a handful to a team of 70. This experienced team spans over various departments, covering all aspects of property maintenance, sales and construction, renting, vehicle hire, sale and storage, marketing and administration and cleaning and laundry.

All these departments have a strong sentiment towards the company’s philosophy of “service first” and this concept is one of the major factors towards Menorca Rentals success.

The company today has a fresh management, a loyal and prepared worker and a good organizational structure which enables the company to adopt new trends and to be ultimately better equipped to respond to the market fluctuations and demands than its competitors.

By fusing the companies initial “service first” philosophy along with its dynamic management and firm vision strategy, Menorca Rentals aims to be the foremost leader of its type in Spain.
