Location and Timetable
ATENTION!! WE HAVE CHANGED OUR MAIN RECEPTION OFFICE.
From May to October our bi-lingual reception is open 7 days a week from 9:00 - 22:00 h. We also have a night porter available from 22:00 - 2:00 h. or until the days last arrival.
Please advise the reception if your arrival time is delayed (0034) 971 15 99 25 or (0034) 659 900 513.

- Holiday rentals, wheelchairs etc
- Flight confirmations
- Assistance with taxis and minibus transfers
Check-in
14:00 h. although where possible we will endeavour to allow check in earlier. The reception monitors this area. At check-in you will be given a free information leaflet with important numbers and general information.
Check-out
10:00 h. although where possible, based on arrivals and cleaning schedules we endeavour to allow a later check out. The reception monitors this area.
*Please confirm your check out 24 hours prior to departure, this is also when the reception can reconfirm return travel details and arrange your taxi or minibus requirements.
Our reception is at your service to assist with any matters regarding your holiday comfort and stay.
