Be tempted by Menorca's unique unspoiled beaches

The South coast of the island has beautiful coves of white sand and clear, turquoise blue waters. Some are not easy to get to and you need to walk a while, but it´s always worth it.

From Menorca Rentals, we propose a route so that you can get to know some of the beautiful, unspoiled but hidden beaches: from Binigaus to Cala Fustam, where you can rest in the shade of pine trees.

Take the car and head for Santa Tomas. You can park in the urbanization car-park, behind the beach bar, and, walking for 10 minutes to the right, you will come to Binigaus, one of the longest beaches on the island. Take the chance to have a swim to be refreshed for the onward journey, which will lead you along the Camí de Cavalls to Cala Escorxada.

This beach will surprise you with its sandy sea bed and clear, clean waters. Here you can snorkel between the rocks and cliffs.

A short walk of about 10 minutes, and you will come to Cala Fustam, solitary and small, surrounded by greenery. An ideal spot for a short rest, before the homeward journey back to Binigaus to see a wonderful sunset.

The round trip takes at least two hours to walk. Remember to close all gates as you pass through them along the way. Make sure you take plenty of water and sensible shoes. If you are thinking of spending the whole day, remember that there are no beach bars on these beaches, so you may need to take a packed lunch, too.

Do you want to be in a little bit of Paradise? If you do this excursion, you will discover it for yourselves.
