RESERVATION PROCESSING
Making a reservation through www.menorcarentals.com, or through any of our commercial affiliates, implies the express acceptance by the customer of all the following terms and conditions.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
To confirm your reservation, the secure payment system of www.menorcarentals.com will require a deposit according to the following deadlines and amounts:
Apartments:
For reservations made more than 7 days in advance, a 15% deposit of the total reservation amount is required. The remaining payment must be made 7 days before the arrival date.
For reservations made less than 7 days in advance, 100% of the total reservation amount is required.
Villas:
For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, a 15% deposit of the total reservation amount is required. The remaining payment must be made 30 days before the arrival date.
For reservations made less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the total reservation amount is required.
If the payment is not made, the reservation will be considered canceled.
The prices displayed at the time of booking are for the rental of the property (not per person) and include VAT. The transaction will be carried out in EUROS. Different payment methods are available.
Upon making the reservation, the user will receive a confirmation email, which will include confirmation that the reservation is in the process of being confirmed. Once the corresponding charge has been made, the customer will receive an email confirming the reservation along with a confirmation code (locator) and the cancellation and refund policies. This email serves as proof of the reservation.

IMPORTANT: Menorcarentals is only obliged to provide the services reflected in the reservation confirmation sheet. Any modification (dates, number of people, type of accommodation, etc.), or special requests, must be communicated in writing to our reservation office, and are always subject to availability and possible additional charges.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION
Any cancellation of a reservation must be communicated in writing to: mmpr@menorcarentals.com.
The customer may cancel the services contracted at any time and is entitled to a refund of any amount paid previously. However, the cancellation will entitle Menorcarentals to retain the following percentages as compensation:
Apartments:
Between 90 and 7 days before the arrival date: 15% of the total reservation amount.
Less than 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount.
Villas:
Between 90 and 30 days before the arrival date: 15% of the total reservation amount.
Less than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount.
Once the reservation is confirmed, you can cancel it at any time with at least 30 days' notice before the arrival date. If you need to cancel within the 30 days prior to arrival, please contact us, and we will evaluate your case to find a satisfactory solution.

Menorcarentals recommends that all customers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events or incidents during their stay.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in will be from 15:00, and check-out is generally before 10:00.
Our staff makes every effort to minimize waiting times.
If you wish to delay your check-out time, it should be requested with Reception at least 1 day before departure, subject to availability. This service incurs an additional charge.
If it is not possible to delay your check-out, we provide a storage room where you can leave your luggage and use the showers throughout the day.
If you anticipate arriving before 16:00 and want to ensure immediate access to your room, we recommend booking an additional night for the previous day and paying the corresponding amount. Similarly, if you wish to stay in your room after 10:00 on the day of check-out, we recommend booking an additional night.
COMPLAINTS
Menorcarentals provides a team of professionals to resolve any issues that may arise during your stay. For this reason, we will not address or take responsibility for any complaint made after the day of departure, which was not reported in writing. We remind you that complaint forms are available for use.
PRICE INCLUDES
Clean sheets and towels upon arrival.
Towel change once a week (for stays of less than 7 nights, no service).
Full service for stays of 8 nights or more (including sheet and towel change, as well as basic cleaning).
Weekly pool and garden maintenance.
For additional cleaning or daily towel or sheet changes, please consult the rates at Reception.
The price does NOT include:
Costs resulting from the damage or misuse of any property element caused by customer negligence.
Extra services: cots, high chairs, extra beds.
TOURIST TAX
The total price of the reservation DOES NOT include the tourist tax implemented by the Government of the Balearic Islands (Ecotax). This will be paid by the customer directly at Reception upon arrival. Each hotel establishment will calculate the corresponding tax based on the number of people and nights of accommodation.
INTERNET CONNECTION (WIFI)
All properties offer internet connection, although it is limited due to the specifics of the area.
Menorcarentals is not responsible for the lack of service due to occasional technical issues. However, we will do our best to restore the service as soon as possible.
HOUSE RULES
The customer agrees to keep and maintain the property in good condition, and will be responsible for any damages that occur.
You must behave in a civil manner and respect the general rules of conduct. Noise is not allowed after 22:00.
Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed, except in exceptional cases, and always with prior written authorization from the company and payment of an additional deposit.
You are not allowed to store trash inside the property or common areas. Trash must be disposed of in the designated containers in the area, according to established schedules. Menorcarentals reserves the right to charge additional fees for cleaning.
The loss of the property keys and the additional cost for changing the lock will be at the customer's expense.
Minors must be supervised by an adult, especially in properties with a swimming pool.
If the conditions mentioned above are not respected, Menorcarentals reserves the right to enter and inspect the property and ask the customer to vacate the property, losing the right to any future claims or reimbursements.
